Integrated Action Approach

The Approach draws from three interrelated disciplines: brain-based learning strategies, interactive coaching, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Brain-Based Strategies take into account individual differences in information processing and retention to promote learning and adaptive change.

Interactive Coaching is achieved through a results-oriented alliance to define and address organizational, time management and life goals.

Finally, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is critical to identify the interplay of our environment, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors for goal attainment and life satisfaction.

A unique plan is devised for each client according to his or her individual needs, incorporating feedback from family members and other professionals, as necessary. The process of the Integrated Action Approach is to teach concrete skills, while developing self-awareness of the thoughts and behaviors that foster or impede forward movement.
